Fitocracy is a catering company with a highly talented and creative team of food experts. With our award winning kitchen staff and event planners, we make sure no detail is left unconsidered.
Our mission is to serve delicious, nutritious food, with excellent service, integrity and professionalism.
Our unique set of skills and knowledge allows us to offer an outstanding catering experience. We source only farm fresh, local, organic, and sustainable foods. We specialize in the planning, design and decor for catered events from 1 to 1,000 people.
We have solid experience in working with schools, private affairs, corporate events, conferences, conventions and everything in between, designing, cooking, serving and managing your event from inception to completion.

NIKOS VORlas
Managing Partner
Nikos Vorlas has over 20 years of successful leadership with multinational operations across multiple markets and countries.
For the last 4 years he has been located in East Africa responsible for implementing investment strategy and managing a wide portfolio of investment projects in various sectors for Bluemarine Assets Holding as a Regional Director. He has been engaged in large scale PPP projects development and management in collaboration with high level government officials and international technological partners.
Prior to that Nikos held top executive management positions for Star foods company (Member of PepsiCo Group), Delta Group(Member of Nestle Group) and Tommy Hilfiger. International, having National and Regional Level responsibility for countries in the Central, Eastern Europe and Balkans. Nikos holds an MBA and Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration.
LIVIU LAMBRINO
Head Chef
Liviu Lambrino is an expert in contemporary culinary arts, with multiple nominalizations for the” Best Romanian Chef” award within HORECA Awards and over 7 years experience in the culinary domain.
Chef Lambrino was awarded with 4 medals within international culinary competitions back in 2015 and was a Private chef for the Romanian Royal House ( Principesa Margareta Foundation) and Head Chef in countless exclusive events ( WeDine, Snagov Club, Crowne Plaza, Stejarii Country Club- Regina Maria Events).
Apart from his multiple appearances on television and his constant media presence, Liviu has over 18 years experience in communication & international relationships, and a journalism diploma from BBC radio.
LARISA PETRINI
Nutrition Expert
Larisa Petrini is an international health and nutrition expert who understands people with a busy life. Seven years ago the renowned chef Jamie Oliver named her one of his ambassadors for the Food Revolution movement.
She has over 15 years of training experience and organizes seminars and workshops for adults and kids who want to get more vitality and energy and learn about the health of their bodies before reaching the doctor. In a few words, to sleep better, to eat better and to simplify their lives.
She enjoys devoting her time, energy and knowledge to social projects as a teacher, consultant or member of non-profit organizations that make a better world.
Larisa is also an editorialist for Shape, Harper’s Bazaar, Elle and Thrive Global International magazines.
